- Development of Grand-Pré National Historic Site, including the construction of a new visitor centre in 2003;
- Commemoration of Saint Croix Island International Historic Site;
- Development of a major interpretation centre to commemorate Augustine Mound and Oxbow national historic sites at Metepenagiag in New Brunswick;

While Claude believes that it is important to preserve the values of a site that has become an iconic place of remembrance for the Acadian diaspora, he is building on the spirit of cooperation emerging as a result of diverse communities working together. “By implementing an inclusive approach for protecting, celebrating, and sharing its timeless cultural and living agricultural heritage, the Landscape of Grand Pré UNESCO World Heritage Site will continue to inspire people for generations to come.”
