Horton Community Centre on Tuesday the 3rd of March at 7 pm (storm date March 10th) 
Dr. Johnathan Fowler of Saint Mary's University, is coming to provide a community research update about the landscape archaeology in Grand Pré.  Community residents are welcome to come along for a coffee and enjoy the discussion.

August 8 - Parks Canada, in collaboration with the The Ayatana Artist Research Program, will host members of the Dieppe Sky-Line Club, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Grand-Pré National Historic Site.  The afternoon will include a presentation covering the different types of kites and the advantages  and disadvantages of each,  the history of kite aerial photography,  followed by,  weather permitting,  kite demonstrations with 2 and 4 line kites.  Indoor space for the talks will be limited.  Kite kits will be available for children.   Rain date for outdoor kite flying demonstration is August 9, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. For details and further information please call 902-542-3167.
